Virtual Trainer

If you are fairly experienced at working out, but you could do with some guidance or expert advice…. And if you want to learn a whole new way of working out with muscles you did not know existed, with goals you did not know were within your reach…then try virtual training! Unfortunately, you still have to go into that gym and do the hard work, but your overall goals, training strategy, workouts and nutritional plan will all be designed by the virtual personal trainer.

You meet up with your trainer to do an initial assessment, discuss what you want to achieve and set some bench mark readings. After that you get unbelievably focussed for 8 weeks and receive what you need to do via email and you report back to your trainer.

You wonder if you work out as hard when the trainer is not there? We suffer no lack of confidence there! This is tried and tested! You think we can get you fit from a distance? You bet!
